Fare-1-1 was founded in 2010 committed to revenue management solutions that go beyond what the industry has provided to date, with a dedicated focus on one position critical to success – the Revenue Manager. Our partners bring years of valuable experience in highly competitive industries including casino, luxury hotels and resorts, cruise, insurance, consumer credit, capital management, retail, and pricing and revenue management consulting. Our experience provides the ability to leverage unique skills including advanced pricing and revenue management, operations research, performance analytics, prototyping, data architecture and modeling, customer segmentation, regional and global business strategy, project management and integration management.
Today there are numerous systems providing a variety of revenue management support services. Unfortunately, large amounts of capital and/or contracts requiring expensive monthly fees are standard. Often, after negotiating contracts and investing in these systems, organizations have to successfully navigate lengthy training and deployment processes, face challenging business integration and change management phases focused on corporate culture and unanimous buy-in before fully realizing the benefit these systems promise. The costs and time requirements inherent to this process go far beyond any negotiated contract or monthly cost. In short, this process is very expensive, takes a very long time, and often fails to meet expectations.
